  This macro will disconnect the current caller.  When the caller is
  disconnected, the number of minutes used and the Thanks for calling
  message will be displayed.  This macro may only be used in display files
  but not in messages.  In order for PCBoard to recognize this macro, it
  must begin at the first character of the line.
